This agreement is legal and biding upon your acceptance by Third Eye Live/Click4Advisor of you becoming a Member. Once you have clicked the continue button on the Membership Registration page you are acknowledging this agreement as a legal and binding document. As a “Member,” you will have access to the Third Eye Live and its’ Site and be able to connect to Advisor Services. Members who create listings and/or provide Advisor Services will also be referred to as “Advisors/Readers.”

The policies, terms and conditions below limit Third Eye Live’s liability and obligations to you and allow Third Eye Live to change, suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Site and/or Advisor Services. We urge you to carefully read the following terms and conditions, and all policies referenced below or elsewhere on the Site.

1.) To use this site you must be 18 years of age or older.

2.) You shall not use the Site or become a Member if you are located or reside in a country in which use or participation is prohibited by law, decree, regulation, treaty or administrative act. You shall not use this site if you are prohibited from entering into trade relations with the United States or the United Kingdom or its citizens.

3) You use Third Eye Live to connect with Advisors at your own risk.

We do not guarantee any advice given, or services rendered on this site. We facilitate a communication between Members and Advisors. We cannot verify that what they are giving you is going to be true or correct and cannot be held responsible or liable if something does not work or help you. You take the risk freely and willingly knowing that this is for Entertainment purposes only. We do not claim that each Advisor is a specialist in their genre of readings and are to be held harmless for their actions and advise to you.

4.) We do not encourage the trading of information between Member and Advisor; Advisor to Advisor or Member to Member. If you chose to do this it is at your own risk and we may chose to terminate your account.

5.) If you have a dispute with another Member or Advisor, or suffer any harm arising out of or connected with any Advisor Services, you hereby waive any and all claims against Third Eye Live and release Third Eye Live from any and all liability for claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses (including litigation costs and attorneys’ fees) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any Advisor Services or with regard to such disputes.

6) You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your Member account information and password. You are responsible to supervise all activities and all usage un your Member account and assume full responsibility thereof. You agree that Third Eye Live is not responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorized person using your Member account or password.

7.) You will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or contrary to the policies of Third Eye Live. You agree to cooperate fully with Third Eye Live to investigate any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity. You agree to respect the privacy of others and not use the Site for unwelcome, rude or abusive communications.

8.) You agree that Third Eye Live is used for Entertainment purposes only and is released of any and all liabilities for any and all services rendered.

You understand by continuing to complete the registration page, by using this sire and ANY Advisor services you hereby AGREE to be BOUND by this Member Agreement the same way a paper contract binds you.
