Life Coach M. Altman “Light up your Life Path” guide
As an experienced life coach I realize that moving towards your goals takes a great deal of targeted focus. It’s not easy to get into the mind-body state that empowers you to visualize your life goals, to eliminate the obstacles around you and then to move directly towards the things or people that you are passionate about.
Visualize is the key word here, and if you can see what you want and feel the positive flow of emotional energy that inspires you then you can bring that goal into your life.
And now, part one of your Light up your Life Path” guide in 3 effective steps.
You and your Light – Part 1
Imagine that you are in a relaxed, yet alert and receptive state; you can see and feel the life goals that you have always wished for and you can see the path that will lead you there. There is no confusion about what you want in your life. You are able to talk about it with others with complete confidence and you find that any challenges are easily overcome. In order to begin this process of mind-body synchronization, I advise my own clients to use a meditative approach that I have refined and simplified as we are all doing far too much in too
little time.
I recommend that you begin with a candle, a sturdy, simple candle that you will be able to focus on and the visualize when you need to. Candles have been used for many centuries in numerous kinds of ceremonies and they are extremely helpful to get you into the relaxed, alert and perceptive state that you will need.
It will also enhance your meditative state to select a quiet place and a brief period of time in which you will not be bothered. You will need to turn off your cell phone. You will be able to practice this exercise and then after a few sessions, you will be able to summon up your balanced mind-body state and remain on your life goal path even in difficult times. In this first step of your preparation, you have time to obtain the candle, plan for the quiet time and quiet place.
There is an additional component that will begin to help you target the life goals that you are passionate about.
In your mind or on paper, select the things, places, people that you are passionate about. It is very useful to go back in your life and include the things that made you happy as a child. Keep these things in mind for Step 2 of Light up your Life Goal Path”
